The major reason why LAISUN DINING needs digital transformation is that its previous systems can no longer meet the group’s business scale and operational complexity, preventing the F&B ERP from delivering its full value. First, slow loading time for item lists and unclear statuses of purchase order/requisition (PO/PR) reduces the purchase team’s efficiency and workflow transparency as they have to collect relevant information from each outlet separately.
